How will my item delivery?
All our items are right at your door in the morning between 7h00-20h00 to delivered Saturday, Monday.

If I do not receive delivery?
Our courier will try to deliver the package, it is within reach. If you want to leave your transportation with neighbors or in a safe place, please let us know when you place your order - can you tell us at the bottom of the summary page of the order, in the delivery of the comment box. We will map falling through the door and let you know that we have to leave your package.

If you do not, as we work with you to make the delivery, we will leave a card to tell you that we have been called. Generally we offer again the next day. If this is not convenient for you, call the paper, we will arrange an alternative delivery date.

Once we ship your package to your account, automatically update the status of your order. Track your order online, go to "My Account" then "My story right."

If you choose to UK next day, we will confirm a text message to the delivery date and estimated delivery time.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses, we can we reduce other postcode in our eyes, will let you know before buying.

Delays in the delivery:
We are committed to deliver your order on the day you want. Unfortunately, sometimes an inevitable situation means it's unlikely. We promise that we will always try to make contact with you and you know if there is a problem.
